E. 23rd St., Houston Heights

Nestled in the heart of Houston Heights, this thoughtfully reimagined home honors the charm of one of Houston’s original neighborhoods where historic bungalows sit beneath sprawling oak trees. A custom-designed stairwell floods the interior with natural light while creating a visual connection between floors, leading to an airy office wrapped in windows and a serene upstairs primary suite overlooking the lush backyard. The remodeled kitchen anchors the home with bespoke cabinetry and expansive storage, blending timeless character with elevated functionality.

Redbud Lake House, Lake Mexia

Designing this lake house on a limited budget meant embracing what was already there and reimagining it in a fresh, cohesive way. The result is a peaceful, calm, and effortlessly relaxing getaway that feels light, refreshed, and ready for slow lake days.
